They are ready to set it up, but waiting for the government approval. You can guess how such things are, especially when money is directly involved. The additional issue is that online payment means ability to handle payments from overseas which has some additional complications.

Sounds like an interesting idea. They should probably setup a PayPal/credit card donation system on their website though.
